An episode of Once Upon a Prom (MTV) featuring Taylor Swift was released on June 21, 2008. At the time, Taylor Swift had never gone to any of her school's dances because she was touring. MTV made way for her to take one lucky boy to prom in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Of course, Taylor has always been so sweet and invited her best friend to go to prom with her. Her best friend (Abigail) went with her date (Wayne) and they were off to prom for a big welcome.
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2009)
The CSI season 9 episode 16 "Turn, Turn, Turn" aired on March 5th 2009 featuring Taylor Swift as rebellious teenager Haley Jones, who becomes acquainted with CSI Nick Stokes, as he worked other cases at the hotel before. Taylor did say once that her dream was to "d*e on CSI." Marg Helgenberger stated that she was generous and sweet to the crew and their kids on set.
Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience (2009)
This 3D film of the Jonas Brothers tour "Burning Up" concert tour featured special guest Taylor Swift. She performed "should've said no" along side the three heartthrobs at the time.
Hannah Montana: The Movie (2009)
While Hannah Montana dances with her crush played by Lucas Till in Hannah Montana: The Movie, Taylor Swift plays a country singer who's singing a country soundtrack: "crazier" in a honky-tonk.

The Lorax (2012)
The underlying story of The Lorax portrays the danger of consumerism and the ways it affects the environment when humans become greedy. In this animated movie, The character Ted (played by Zack Efron) tries to impress his dream girl Audrey, who Taylor Swift voices by trying to attain a "real living tree."
New Girl (2013)
Taylor Swift lived out her "Speak Now" moment in the movie, New Girl. Elaine, played by Taylor, runs away with a groom after confessing her feelings for him at his. Zooey Deschanel even stated how funny and loving Swift was and so much more. Taylor's brief moment on screen was crucial.
The Giver (2014)
The Giver is a science fiction film adaption of Lois Lowry's novel. The giver (Jeff Bridges) is the sole keeper of the community's memories. Taylor Swift acted as the giver's daughter: Rosemary. She had read the book in 5th grade and stated in a press conference that the book blew her mind at that point in her life.
Cats (2019)
Taylor Swift has 3 furr babies of her own currently and when the opportunity presented itself, she embodied a feline Bombalurina in the movie Cats. Of course, it was during a CGI era. She even performed the musical number "Macavity."
Amsterdam (2022)
This movie's dropped in theaters in November of 2022 with a quick paced, quirky mystery that'll keep you on your toes. When 3 friends, Christian Bale (Dr. and Veteran Burt Berendsen), Margot Robbie (Nurse Valerie Voze), and John David Washington (Lawyer and war Veteran Harold Woodman) are framed for a murder that they witnessed. The only spoiler dropping here is that Taylor Swift plays a supporting cast member as a former commander's daughter, Elizabeth Meekins who believes that her father has been murdered. Christian Bale, who was initially singing along side her in a funeral scene, has raved about how beautiful Swift's voice is:
As you can see, Taylor Swift has range and depth. The characters that she plays always have a pivotal and much needed role in her cameos. It would be great to see her on screen aside from her wonderful music videos everywhere in more shows in the future.
